Charlotte is the Vice Chair of WNET New York Public Television, Board Member of Taiwan Public Television Services (2013-2016), and philanthropist. She was a former Senior Vice President of Investment Banking at Lehman Brothers, New York. Charlotte holds a BA degree from Harvard University and an MBA degree from Stanford University.

Claudia is a CFO consultant/advisor. She is an independent board director serving in the audit committee and the corporate governance and nomination committee of Alpha & Omega Semiconductor Limited.
Claudia held finance executive/management positions at various technology companies, including Sonatus, Inc., Atoptech, Inc. (acquired by Avatar Integrated Systems), Polaris Networks, Inc., and Transmedia Communications, Inc. (acquired by Cisco Systems).
Claudia holds a B.S. in Accounting from National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan, and an M.S. in Taxation from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
ANGELA
CHIN
Board
Angela Chin retired from Hewlett-Packard as a Director of Consulting specializing in cloud strategy and data analytics. With 22 years of experience at HP and 10 years with NASA, Angela has demonstrated expertise in managing enterprise technology solutions, systems, and security portfolios, establishing HP’s cloud consulting portfolio, and leading successful mergers. Twice named MVP, she is a certified ITIL® Master and trainer for ITIL® courses.
In addition to her professional achievements, Angela is deeply involved in philanthropy. Following her retirement from HP, she established a non-profit 501(c)(3) foundation focused on environmental sustainability and education. She actively supports initiatives such as the Peach Foundation, which helps rural children in Yunnan, China, the Stanford Rural Education Action Program (REAP) for early childhood education, and the translation work of online publications for the Alliance Cultural Foundation International (ACFI).
Angela holds a degree in Mathematics from UC Berkeley. She is based in Palo Alto, California. Born in Taiwan, she is fluent in Chinese and English.

Julia, J.D., LL.M., Financial Adviser, life member of the Million Dollar Round Table achieving the Top of the Table in 2009, 2011, 2016 & 2017. In the past twenty years, Julia has utilized her extensive knowledge in the areas of estate conservation and wealth accumulation, dedicating in providing high net worth clients with customized insurance and financial strategies for themselves, their families and their businesses. As an active member of the community, Julia has hosted various professional and educational seminars providing information for the benefit of the general public every year, in addition to participating in various community activities and charitable contributions in the past 25 years.

Arlene joined The Alliance Cultural Foundation as a volunteer in 2017. As a volunteer, she spearheaded the Junyi Innovative Study Abroad Program ("JISAP"), and successfully prepared two groups of students enrolled at the Junyi School of Innovation to study abroad in 2018 and 2019.
Arlene started her career in the Finance & Banking industry. She was recruited to join a start-up company in Silicon Valley and eventually was appointed the company’s CEO. During her 15 years of corporate life, she engaged in proprietary technology and product development, manufacturer partnerships, sales and marketing and took the company’s product to the international stage at the 2010 World Expo. Due to family reasons, Arlene resigned as the CEO of the company in 2011, and became an independent business consultant until 2017, when she retired. It has always been Arlene’s passion to work on project development and carry projects through incubation. Due to her admiration and respect for Chair Yen’s vision and courage to advance Taiwan’s education system, Arlene took the opportunity to work on the JISAP project in order to assist Chair Yen and his mission.

Benson is the President of Benson Liao Insurance & Financial Center and Chair & CEO of Anyhealth Insurance Services Inc.. He is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Round Table achieving the Top of the Table from 2006 to 2017. As a respected member in the field, Benson is the insurance and financial advisor for various associations such as Joint Chinese University Alumni Association of Southern California, California Acupuncturist Association. He is also the insurance and financial speaker for local media companies like World Journal, Sing Tao Daily News, ETTV, Phoenix TV, Skylink TV, Channel 18 TV, and Radio 1300. He serves as the Board Member of Sino-American Certified Public-Accountants Association, Taiwan Hotel & Motel Association of Southern California; as well as a former President for Orange Golf club, All Green Golf Association, and Southern California ROC Chinese Golf Association.

Arthur is an entrepreneur and has been at the forefront of Internet and mobile wireless technology / product innovations for over two decades.
He serves as a Board Director and an executive advisor for a non-profit organization ACFI and several startup companies in AI, mobile / cloud SaaS, Robo advisors, security and wireless cloud-based infrastructure, IoTs and consumer products. Arthur retired from Apple at the end of 2014. He held various executive positions at Apple, Nokia (formerly Tahoe Networks), Nortel Networks (formerly Shasta Networks) and Cisco throughout his professional carrier.
Arthur was a founder, CTO, Vice President of Engineering & Operations of the Shasta Networks (acquired by Nortel Networks for $350M in early 1999) and a founder and President & CEO of the Tahoe Networks (acquired by Nokia in late 2003). He was an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR and later a Limited Partner) at Redpoint Ventures and Benchmark Capital.
Arthur has been awarded 28 patents and published over 100 technical papers. He received two best paper awards and was the author of two book chapters published by the IEEE Press and World Scientific. Arthur received his Masters and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering (systems) and computer science (EECS) from the University of Southern California.

Teresa was the Reid Weaver Dennis Professor of Electrical Engineering at Stanford University. She took leave from Stanford in 1999 and founded Atheros Communications, Inc., which developed semiconductor system solutions for wireless network communications products. Teresa returned to Stanford in 2000 to continue her research and teaching at the University.
Teresa has received many awards and honors, including the Distinguished Alumni Award from the National Taiwan University and the UC Berkeley EECS Department, the IEEE Donald O. Pederson Award, the DEMO Lifetime Achievement Award, the McKnight Technological Innovations in Neurosciences Award, the Distinguished Lecturer Award and a Best Paper Award from the IEEE Signal Processing Society, the Innovator of the Year Award by MIT Sloan School eBA, the CIO 20/20 Vision Award, named one of the Top 10 Entrepreneurs by Red Herring, and an NSF Presidential Young Investigator Award. Teresa is a Fellow of the IEEE and a member of the National Academy of Engineering. She is also an Academician of the Academia Sinica of Taiwan. She received her M.S. and Ph.D. in EECS from the University of California at Berkeley and her B.S. from National Taiwan University.

Frank is the founder and President of NOVAtime Technology, Inc., a leader in integrating their Workforce Management solution with Human Resource and Payroll systems. In October 1999, Frank founded NOVAtime and brought many cutting-edge technologies to the workforce management industry, such as Push technology, SaaS architecture, and beacon technology. For nearly two decades as its CEO and President, Frank led the forward-thinking technology company successfully transitioned to a SaaS cloud-based solution provider for many Fortune-500 companies and government agencies. Frank currently serves as a board member for Ascentis/NOVAtime.
A well-respected philanthropist, Frank serves on the board of directors for Buddhist Tzu Chi Medical Foundation, and as the chairman of the board for Moringa For Love Foundation.
Frank was recognized and honored as Fu-Jen Catholic University 2017’s Outstanding Alumni of the Year. He has supported the school’s hospital project as well as working closely with their mathematics department to develop Microsoft certification curriculum. Frank received a M.S. degree in Applied Math from the University of Southern California.

Albert is a scholar turned engineering executive, born and received education until finishing college in Taiwan. He starts his career as a researcher in Intel Corporation, moved to Cypress Semiconductor as a technology development expert, then joined start up company ISSI, and started engineering executive career in start up companies MoSys Inc., Silicon Spice (acquired by Broadcom), Marvell Semiconductor Inc. which grew to a mighty S&P500 high tech company. Now Albert joined his friends in another start-up Credo Semiconductor focused in connectivity for Datacenters, Clouds, AIs, 5G, and IoTs.
Albert received his bachelor degree from Electrical Engineering of National Taiwan University and Ph.D. from EECS University of California at Berkeley. Besides professional work, he also contributes to community services, sharing his expertise and experiences. He was on the Board of Directors in Global Semiconductor Alliance, or GSA, a global semiconductor industry association; Monte Jade West Science & Tech Association, a professional association organized to foster the relationship between technology professionals and corporations on both sides of the Pacific Ocean.
STANLEY C.
YEN

Stanley, known as the godfather of hospitality and tourism in Taiwan, started his career with American Express, fast-tracking from Messenger to General Manager in five years. He embarked on a career in the hotel industry as the President of The Landis Group at 32, and became a respected figure and opinion leader across the country. He served as the Asia-Pacific Chair of The Leading Hotels of the World and sat on the board of Pacific Asia Travel Association; he was the Area Vice President for Asia-Pacific of the Young Presidents’ Organization. When he served as Chair of the Taiwan Visitors Association, Chair of the Council for the Promotion of Chinese Cuisine and advisor to the Tourism Bureau of Republic of China (Taiwan), he actively promoted the rich culture and arts of Taiwan, and led the Taipei International Travel Fair to be, still today, the most successful in Asia. To advance professional culinary skills in Taiwan, he initiated the development of culinary programs and institutions; there are now over 100 schools and colleges with programs dedicated to development of chefs and hospitality professionals. Stanley is the author of 10 books with his latest titled “Find Yourself on the World Map” (在世界地圖上找到自己) sharing his vision for the future of Taiwan; other books cover topics of education such as “Education Should Be Different” (教育應該不一樣), “You are the Key to Change” (你就是改變的起點) and more.
